Shipping policy

1. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times: 
For UK shipping, we use Royal Mail's 48Tracked service, which typically delivers within 3 days after dispatch. International orders may take up to 14 days for delivery after dispatch, depending on the destination. 

2. Order Processing and Dispatch: 
Items may take between 2-14 days before being shipped. Please see our FAQs page Here for more information. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. 
 
3. Free UK Shipping on Orders Over £100: 
We offer free shipping on all orders over £100 for customers within the UK. This provides an opportunity for you to save on shipping costs while enjoying our high-quality products. 

We don't yet offer this for EU or Internationale orders – But it is in the works~ 
 
4. Shipping Costs: 
For UK shipping, the standard shipping cost is £3.39.  

For EU shipping, the standard shipping cost is £14.99.

For International shipping, the standard shipping cost is £23.99. 
 
5. Tracked Shipping: 
All orders, regardless of the shipping destination, come with tracked shipping. This ensures that you can monitor the progress of your order from dispatch to delivery, providing peace of mind and transparency. 
 
7. Customs and Import Duties: 
Please note that for international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs regulations and are beyond our control. 
 
8. Lost or Delayed Packages: 
In the rare event that your package is lost or significantly delayed during transit, please contact us at WMckenzie@warrenwisp.com. We will do our best to resolve any situations with the shipping company and keep you updated.
