Refund policy
Genural Information:
- We have a 30-day return policy on all original artwork, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- All fine art prints are made to order. For this reason we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or change of mind as we do not physically hold stock.
- As many of the artworks are sent directly from a framer or fine art printer, please do not send your purchase back to the fine art printer, framer or manufacturer stated on your shipping label. We cannot guarantee that your purchase will be able to be received safely and this may result in a loss of your purchase.
- No returns are offered for on sale / discounted items.
To start a return, you can contact us at WMckenzie@warrenwisp.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 24 hours so that we can arrange a replacement. If issues are reported after 24 hours; replacements may not be possible.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, eg custom products (such as custom/special orders, bespoke size/frame options or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
You can return the item you have, and chose your refund to reflect store credit. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item with this credit.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method - unless you have chosen to refund into store credit. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
